Return Period

Customers have a grace period of up to 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for eligible items. Please ensure the item is in its original condition with all packaging materials.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are accepted within 5 days of placing the order. A 20% cancellation fee will be applicable to cover administrative and processing costs.

Warranty Information

Hometri stands behind the quality of its products. Our furniture frames come with a 1-year warranty, ensuring structural integrity and durability.
Fabric used in our products is covered by a 3-month warranty, providing assurance against manufacturing defects.

Provide detailed information about the issue, along with clear images of the damaged product.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
