Hometri offers multiple payment methods, including:

  • PayFast: Enables instant EFT payments supported by ABSA, Capitec, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank, Investec, Bidvest Bank, Tyme Bank, and African Bank.
  • Bank Transfer: Payment can be made via bank transfer, with details provided after placing the order and sent to your e-mail address.
  • PayPal (coming soon): A safe form of online payment where you provide payment information (bank account or credit card) only once on your PayPal account.

EFT with PayFast allows you to make instant payments that clear immediately. Supported banks include ABSA, Capitec, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank, Investec, Bidvest Bank, Tyme Bank, and African Bank.

Returns

No, Hometri does not offer monetary refunds. In the event of damaged products, we are committed to providing repair services to ensure customer satisfaction.

Customers have a grace period of up to 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for eligible items. Ensure the item is in its original condition with all packaging materials.

Order cancellations are accepted within 5 days of placing the order. A 20% cancellation fee will be applicable to cover administrative and processing costs.

Hometri stands behind the quality of its products. Furniture frames come with a 1-year warranty for structural integrity and durability. Fabric used is covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
